RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS We guarantee all reservations accompanied with deposit equal to 1/2 float rental. Without deposit requests are subject to availability at float time. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED! For group discounts to apply they must be collected and paid for as a group by the coordinator. We suggest you collect canoe rental deposits before you order your canoes! DEPOSITS less cancellation fees are refundable only if you make equipment changes and cancellations 7 DAYS BEFORE float date. We do not refund deposits on last minute cancellations. RAIN CHECKS will be issued if it is raining at float time and is still raining at 12 noon preventing float. River is patrolled by Missouri State Water Patrol! Rates include: Life vests, paddles, trashbags and portage between Gasconade Hills put-in or take-out spot. For Safety Reasons: Children under 2 years old will not be allowed to float. Guide Service Available Bass Season opens Memorial Day Weekend. Other fish – open season year round. Suggested Float Trips For a leisurely float trip in a canoe or kayak plan on covering 2 miles an hour, 6 to 10 miles a day. Rafts and tubes move considerably slower than canoes and kayaks. More time should be added for your trip. The heavier you load the rafts the more time it takes. No pets are allowed in the rafts. Saturday Floating Schedule We adhere to the following schedule for Saturday floating: 10 mile trips leave driveway at: 8 am and 10:15 am. 6 mile trips leave driveway at: 9 am, 11:30 am and 12:30 pm. We recommend reserving before you arrive to ensure the time slot you want.
