Lodging Rentals The Cottages at Gasconade Hills are sitting on a ridge within easy walking distance of the river. The Lodge and Cottages #1 through #5 and Unit #9 face an oval lawn. Cottage #6 is near the Lodge. Units #7 and #8, and our Cabins 10-14, are located on the campground near the river. Scroll down for a description of each and rates. WHAT TO BRING Food, especially meat and produce, portable TV or radio if desired. Canned goods, soft drinks, snacks, etc. can be purchased in our store. Check in time is from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with check out before 11:00 am. All rentals with the exception of Cottage #4  will have the following provided: coffee pot, can opener, toaster and microwave. We offer a variety of sleeping accommodations to suit your needs, please read the descriptions carefully. Charcoal grills are furnished for each rental. Charcoal is for sale in the store or bring your own. We have bundled wood for sale for fireplaces. FOR YOUR SAFETY • No ground fires in cottage or cabin areas, we will be happy to direct you to a fire ring on the campground for your ground fire. • Fires allowed in grills, fireplaces or rings only. • Placement of rings will be made by Gasconade Hills staff. • No fireworks or firearms allowed on premises! POLICIES • There is a 2 day minimum stay on weekends and a 3 day minimum on holiday weekends. • We accept MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit cards for your deposit. No checks accepted! • The deposit is equal to one days cabin rental and is applied to your bill upon check in. • CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel more than 28 days prior to reservation date the fee is $50.00 per cabin, cottage or unit and $75.00 each for Lodge and Unit #9. We do not overbook, each cabin is reserved for you personally. You are responsible for all nights you book if you cancel less than 28 days from your arrival date. • You must obtain a Cancellation Number if you need to cancel!

Cabins # 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 Rated for 6 persons with beds for more. Two sets of full over full bunk beds. Fold down couch in sitting area (one person). Full kitchen includes range with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, can opener and toaster. One private bathroom with shower. Front porch. Air condition and heat. Outside charcoal grill. NO LINENS OR DISHES PROVIDED. Pets allowed in #13 and #14 only. $120 per night + tax (5.475% + 3% room tax)
Extra persons ages 10 and up: $15 each per night Extra persons ages 9 and under: $7 each per night Extra persons under age 2: No charge If more persons stay in one Cabin or Cottage than that particular unit is furnished to accommodate, they should bring their own sleeping bags and towels. Up to 2 pets are allowed in Cottages #2 and #5 and Cabins #13-14 only: Charge is $25 per night. Additional charge for more than 2 pets per building apply. Undeclared pets in any lodging units will result in double fees to card on file. 10% Cabin & Cottage Discount for visitors Sunday through Wednesday (excluding holidays).
